The Future Vision Forum (Forum) is a program chartered under the Future Vision Foundation, an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Its members will be comprised of visionary leaders in ophthalmology, visual science, and allied fields that will hold annual meetings to foster ideas and programs that accelerate the rate of innovation and discovery that improve the lives of people with eye disease and visual disability.
